1:1 Support tailored to your needs and goals

  • 50-minute sessions, $60/session

  • Consult call required first to determine needs and fit

  • Sessions can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on your needs.

Group Coaching & Support

Community support and skill-share

  • Join a supportive group of peers to share strategies, tips, and experiences in a judgment-free space

  • Guidance, collaboration, and new perspectives on executive function challenges from people who "get it"

  • 90-minute groups, $25/group

  • Consult call required first to determine needs and fit

*There is not currently a group running, but please let me know if you're interested! I would like to have two cohorts: high-masking neurodivergent folks and those managing chronic illness.*

Body Doubling

Virtual accountability partners

  • Body doubling is the practice of completing a task alongside a partner to support task initiation, focus, and motivation 

​

  • Join me for a focused work session with accountability! 

  • We will begin by sharing our goals for the session, spend most of the time working on our own tasks, and then check in at the end about our progress

  • Whether it’s making a phone call, doing homework, or finally folding your laundry, you don’t have to do it alone!

  • Mondays 9:30-11:00

  • Thursdays 3-4:30

  • First 2 sessions are free, then $10/session

  • No consult call required
