Body doubling is the practice of completing a task alongside a partner to support task initiation, focus, and motivation

Join me for a focused work session with accountability!

We will begin by sharing our goals for the session, spend most of the time working on our own tasks, and then check in at the end about our progress

Whether it’s making a phone call, doing homework, or finally folding your laundry, you don’t have to do it alone!
